RETURN & CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

At Feathered Soul Leather Company, every item is handcrafted with care and made to order. Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, please review our policy carefully before purchasing.

CUSTOM ORDERS
All custom orders are final sale and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom tooled designs
  • Personalized initials, names, brands, or dates
  • Custom sizing or alterations
  • Client-provided jackets, hats, or items
  • Made-to-order leather goods

Once design approval is given and work has begun, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.

CLIENT-SUPPLIED ITEMS
Customers sending jackets, hats, or other personal items understand that Feathered Soul Leather Company is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused during shipping
  • Pre-existing wear or defects
  • Minor variations due to the handmade process

Please package your item carefully and insure your shipment if desired.

HANDMADE DISCLAIMER
Each item is individually handcrafted, making every piece unique. Small variations in tooling, dye color, leather texture, or stitching are normal and part of the handmade process. These are not considered defects.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Non-custom items may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you.

SHIPPING
Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guideline and may vary depending on order volume and customization complexity. Feathered Soul Leather Company is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.
