Thank you for supporting Feathered Soul Leather Company. Every piece is handmade and crafted with care. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

PROCESSING TIMES
Most custom orders require a production timeframe before shipment. Current turnaround times may vary depending on order volume, customization details, and seasonal demand.

Estimated production timelines are discussed prior to beginning your order. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee when scheduling allows.

CUSTOM ORDER SHIPPING
For orders requiring customer-supplied jackets, hats, or other items:

  • Customers are responsible for shipping their item to Feathered Soul Leather Company.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Please package items securely and provide tracking information when available.
  • We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

Once your custom piece is completed, finished orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS with tracking provided.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. Feathered Soul Leather Company is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, Feathered Soul Leather Company is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Weather or transit issues

Any delivery issues must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping estimates provided by carriers are not guaranteed delivery dates. Handmade custom work may require additional time during peak seasons or high-volume periods.
